By my reading the 10th amendment authorizes their actions without a doubt. The NBA ought to mind their business, their customer base comes from all 50 States and running any one of them is not their business.

The 10th amendment didn't provide for slavery! Slavery already existed thousands of years before the Constitution was ever written. The 13th amendment made it illegal in this country
I don't see any discrimination in designating bathrooms! Weird you would equate assigning bathrooms with slavery.

If you haven't gone through the surgery required to change sex, then you should go to your genetically designated fucking bathroom.

If you don't like it, go see a mental health specialist and fix your brain. Anyone changing their damn sex is in my opinion screwed in the head.

Cool story bro. So you don't seem to know that the "religious freedom" law allows people to turn away CITIZENS from lunch counters again do you? Did you know the law they passed allows businesses to deny services due to their religion or not? I'm Christian so I'm not making the wedding cakel for the Gays.... It's not simply about bathrooms.
 
I've worked with people that are trans (A biological woman who identifies as a man and uses the mens restroom) and I have no issues with them using the mens bathroom. Doesn't really bother me at all. I still go in the bathroom just to shit and piss.

One of the nicest people I've met. I definitely wouldn't say they are messed up in the head.

How do you know? It wouldn't bother me either, but then I don't know why I would know. I never ask about those sorts of things.

A few years back, my daughter and her husband were talking about this fellow they met in San Francisco that worked for me a few years earlier. The guy was living the gay life style and what got their attention was, he was telling them how great I was to work for, and what a great job it was. They finally got around to asking if I knew he was gay. He said, Oh no, I don't think he knew. They couldn't remember his name by the time their were speaking to me about it. I never did figure out who they had met, I did know about another gay guy, I knew was gay (someone else felt the need to tell me) but they didn't recognize the name so it wasn't him.

At work, I work, and I don't really want to know distractions. It works well for all of us

Don't know, don't give a shit. If the Christian baker doesn't want to make a gay cake, I am fine with it. Perhaps the Jew baker will make more money, or perhaps the atheist baker finds a client.
Sound good to me. Commerce should be between willing participants, none of which are compelled by the government.

Because I know? Who cares about the specifics. Maybe they told us, maybe it's all over their Facebook, maybe, maybe maybe. The point is, people that are trans have probably been in your bathroom before whether you knew or not.

There's no such thing as a gay lifestyle. I sleep, eat, write, read, and watch Blazers games. I also post in here a lot. Is that the gay lifestyle?
