Man, MARIS61, do yourself a favor and stop pretending that sunshine and fresh air are going to keep you healthy through this. Maybe this is being hyped too much and will all blow over in a couple of months, but that's not what's playing out around the world. It's likely that up to 70% of the people in this country are going to get sick. If even 10% get seriously ill and 1% die, that's going to be a hit on us unlike anything we've seen in our lifetime. 9/11, the Vietnam War, Iraq War, & Afghan War won't total but a drop in the bucket compared to the loss of life we're likely to see.

Fresh air and sunshine are the cornerstones of good health, both physically and mentally. They are also a hostile environment for viruses seeking a foothold.

Simply by choosing to live in a rural area with a largely self-sufficient lifestyle, being self-employed and able to control who, when and where I have contact with people negates most of the dangers inherent to people who rely on the direction and control imposed on them by their governments, their employers, their media.

Actually, Coronavirus loves dry air and sunshine doesn’t seem to bother it much. Check out the map of where it’s spreading. Sure, you have some inherent advantages in social distancing, but that doesn’t make you bulletproof. I wish you continued good health, but as for me, if they get an effective vaccine for this thing and it’s still active when they do, I’m getting it. You can enjoy the extra herd immunity factor.

Well, we had someone who thought it was a hoax for a week and a half and fired the whole pandemic squad so we're far behind the times. And he also wants data points to be artificially low to make him look better. It's a joke.

I'm pretty sure I don't have it cause the main two (fever + SOB... lol I just recognized shortness of breath acronyms to that) I don't have thankfully. I did have chills, which was a big reason I got checked.

We will have tests for everyone... and I think everyone should do it, because again, asymptomatic people can carry it. It's really the way we're gonna get a handle on this.

Still pissed this didnt happen a week ago when our joke thought it was hoax.

I have Comcast in Salem; starting at channel 720 (Pac-12) and running thru 737 (Blazers & CCSNW) there are 18 straight channels that are showing re-runs of games played anywhere from a week ago to 30 years ago.
