Sounds like Burks and GR3 both being held out by GS tonight. I'd take either into tpe for a 2nd

Man, I wish I’m Iggy right now. Dude just collecting pay checks and now 2 year extension. Props to his agent

The problem with Neil is he can’t pick a path... either commit to Dame and trade players like Collins and Simons for win now players, or trade CJ and go young... he is trying to play both sides and in the end we will stay in purgatory

I guess I really like Dennis Schroder. How about Whiteside and Hezonja and Simons for Schroder and Gallinari? Be nice to find a third team that could take Gallinari and give a 2nd round pick to OKC.
Aha! Found that third team. But to make it work it's looking horrid. Going to Miami will be Gallinari (they want him according to reports). Skal also goes to Miami. Olnyk comes to Portland. So far so good, right? But Miami has to send more out to make this work. Dion Waiters whose contract extends through next year. Miami would need to send a first round pick to OKC. But it seems they would need to send something to PDX also for making it possible to obtain Gallinari and for taking on the horrid Waiters.

Blazers fans right now: scouring the internet for trade ideas and rumors.

Hollinger: Blazers ‘Making Calls’ to Reduce Luxury Tax Bill

The Portland Trail Blazers are “making calls” ahead of Thursday’s NBA Trade Deadline with the goal of reducing their luxury tax bill, according to The Athletic’s John Hollinger (subscription req.). Hollinger says Portland and Golden State both have similar goals and are teams to watch:

Two teams with tax situations that warrant monitoring are Golden State and Portland. Both are making calls looking at reducing their bill, but may not necessarily get all the way out of the tax — a tricky situation since both are looking at potential repeater bills in future seasons. Portland could reduce its bill by paying a team cash to take one or more of Caleb Swanigan, Skal Labissiere and Wenyen Gabriel; dropping all three and signing minimum rest-of-season contracts to fill the two required roster spots would cut a $9.5M tax bill down to $2.9M.

Thursday’s trade deadline is 12 p.m. PT. Check out Blazer’s Edge’s rumors tracker from a busy Wednesday here.
Doesn't sound like were using any TPEs.

dont know what Memphis got yet

It looks like they trying give away players to reduce pay roll. It looks like Jody telling Olshey if you can't compete for championship then cut cost.

I dont know what it will take to truly turn this team into a real threat. Methinks it's not happening with current management and coaching. A true letdown of a season.

I should have listened to the pundits that were saying Portland was not going to win 40 games. Cuz we can see they ain't. 23 and 28 smh.

I don’t believe hollinger but I would love to launch Swanigan into the sun.

Sacrameto is trading Dewayne Dedmon to Atlanta for Jabari Parker and Alex Len, sources tell @ZachLowe_NBA and me. Atlanta also gets two second round picks.

Team decimated with injuries and still in the playoff hunt. Led by a super stars performance to date that’s has been historical, and the best is to come! Hang in there!
