…that is crazy considering he’s stated he’s going to test free agency.
Would think this only helps grants value

Yeah I don’t think I believe it. They wouldn’t blow their wad on him.…that is crazy considering he’s stated he’s going to test free agency.

Agreed, I think this only helps Grant’s value as a whole. 3 1sts, Brown, and Hield is the offer according to NBACentral. 4 yrs/$183m is what re-signing him would take right—$45m/yr?…that is crazy considering he’s stated he’s going to test free agency.

At the end of the day though, those picks could all be for a 3 month rental. So it’s still a great return, all things considered.it depends on the first round picks offered for Siakam
if two of the picks being offered are the two 2024 pick Indiana has, those could be 20th and 25th. If Indiana doesn't think much of the coming draft class, they would be giving up much with those picks

Could be... but I really think Siakam is just looking for the $$$$. If a team will pay him the Max - he'll resignAt the end of the day though, those picks could all be for a 3 month rental. So it’s still a great return, all things considered.
Sharpe, Scoot, Grant and 10 1st round picks for Sabonis. The Kings blow a 22 point lead with 8 minutes remaining in the 4th quarter to the Suns. Another bad loss for them. I feel like Sacramento will be the first domino to fall. They need to make a trade desperately.

Well Siakam hasn’t said anything, so I have no idea. All we know is Siakam said he wouldn’t re-sign with Sac. Sac would for sure be willing to pay him the max.Could be... but I really think Siakam is just looking for the $$$$. If a team will pay him the Max - he'll resign

Stupid. He's just going back to Toronto next season. That's a free trade for them.
I’m not even sure Knicks would do this. I’d do this even without the 1st honestly.![]()
We would buy out Fournier immediately. Robinson would probably sit out the rest of the season but we would have him and Rob Williams to dangle in trades in the off season.
We would have to pick up a couple of GLeague guys. Rotation of Scoot, Shae, Tou, Walker, Duop, Dick, Jabari, Kris, Ibou and a GLeague PG prospect. We pick up future first round picks.
I don’t think either of the Nets or Lakers would give up a 1st for Hield or Russell. And I’m going to disregard that 1st trade which is a pipe dream lol.![]()
I realize these deals put the Nets way into the tax but I think it gives them improved offense and depth on both ends that would make them into a team that could win a playoff series or two and they're in New York so I doubt they really care about the tax.
Pritchard only does us a favor by sending that much for Siakam lol. It makes me think an overpay from either Mavs or Kings could be coming for Grant, assuming Kings don’t pull ahead for Siakam like how Boston ultimately topped LA’s trade package for Holiday.Pritchslap pending. I heard Pascal is tight with a lotta folks in Pacer Land.

That’s a fair point. Raptors subreddit already has a post up about what to do with those two ‘24 1sts. I guess RJ is now being viewed as a positive asset, and some of them think trading for someone like Murray could help Barnes and Barrett contend. They’re basically not planning to rebuild at all. I’m not all that excited about their roster, so I see this as a possible mistake, but we’ll see.no doubt that would be a decent trade for Toronto, especially if you assume Siakam might not sign there
I was just suggesting that if two of the three first's are this year's, Indiana might view it as risking only one meaningful first for Siakam. The Pacers would be really solid in the back court, even after moving Brown & Hield. Siakam could theoretically make them a contender, or at least a dark horse in the east
I didn't see that he would not resign with Sac. Have a source?Well Siakam hasn’t said anything, so I have no idea. All we know is Siakam said he wouldn’t re-sign with Sac. Sac would for sure be willing to pay him the max.
I like these, but they are WAY too good for PortlandMay fever dream trade deadline... a lot of trades
This one has to be a four team trade

This one could be three seperate two team trades if the Siakam deal falls through

You’re right, it did, my bad. It’s kind of saying the same thing. Saying he won’t commit has been acting as a no trade clause of sorts, and he’s kind of choosing where he wants to go.I didn't see that he would not resign with Sac. Have a source?
Only thing I saw was that 'sources' claim he doesn't view Sac as a long-term fit
Booo!From Jake Fisher today:
- Jerami Grant would represent an absolute difference-maker for both Dallas and the Sacramento Kings, another leading suitor for Siakam. The Kings have made Harrison Barnes, Kevin Huerter and Davion Mitchell available in trade conversations, sources said. However, Portland is not expected to seriously entertain offers for Grant, league sources told Yahoo Sports, in contrast to veteran point guard Malcolm Brogdon.
negotiation tactic?Booo!
Seriously entertain offers please!
