No way Lakers change it to an unprotected for Dragic, who they maybe able to get via free agency this summer anyway.Considering it's the NBA, more smoke than fire. I bet they really only want to trade him to a lottery team. Think the Lakers, they'll trade him to LA in exchange for full rights to the pick (since they already technically own it).
The only way I see them entertaining any deal is for dragic's bird rights, but they are under cap regardless, so it really doesn't help.
