How would you guys compare the Nets' young core of players to other teams?

Krstic, RJ, Marcus, Boone, Adams, Ilic, Wright.

Nice complementary players, would be a nice way of putting it.

Your ice cold cpaw.

I still have faith in Wright and Marcus. I don't think Krstic is a safe bet anymore, he is pretty injury prone. I'm worried about Boone and the knee and well Adams is adams.

Oh I forgot to add Nachbar.

RJ-basically hit the ceiling(near all star)

Krstic-assuming the surgery doesnt hinder his game much, I see him as a Okur-level type of big at his peak, but without a 3pt shot

Marcus-If he improves his defense, and assuming he learned a lot from his mistakes this past season, then he could be a good starting pg(not Kidd level though)

Boone-average/slightly above average big, sort of like Brian Skinner or Dan Gadzuric at his peak imo.

Wright-i think he can be just as good as Raja Bell if his jumpshot falls.

Adams-an end of the bench player but if his jumpshot has improven, then he could be a decent bench player.

Ilic-end of bench player until i see otherwise

Good role players for most of them, but not franchise guys.

RJ and Krstic are established.

Wright seems like he can be a solid role player.

Marcus and Boone have shown some flashes, but they've still got a ways to go. Same with Adams, but he's got even a longer way to go.

And who knows about Ilic

Nothing to brag about that's forsure.

Some good role players and a few solid pieces but not a ECC in the waiting.

I guess we should take RJ out, not really that young anymore in basketball standards.

Krstic, Boone, Sean Williams, Marcus Williams, Ilic, Antoine Wright.

Krstic, Boone, Sean, and Marcus have alot of potental, as we all know. But I don't think SeanWilliams will be playing much this season. We'll see how much improvement Krstic, Boone, and Marcus have made.

Ilic most likely won't play in the NBA.

Antoine Wright is a nice defender and can be a good player off the bench.

I don't see any realsuperstars out of this group, but some nice young pieces to build with, preferibly around a bonafide superstar.
