ok so the desktop version is not bad...the version I saw this morning on my cell was horrible and not very user friendly... would have to click on use desktop version and then it gets even harder to view

Can you post a screenshot of what you’re seeing? If we see it we can fix it.

Yours is the first complaint I have seen about phone display…

Also..cant figure out why the background is dark..I tried changing the theme to light and didn't change

You change theme in your preferences (light or dark).

Once we have the proper NY team themes in, it will look better. The screenshot looks ok to me, just Blazers theme…

If you're using ad blocker or some other privacy add on, it might be preventing the change from taking effect. Otherwise it’s a bug…

Ok, so I looked into the phone issue and it’s the phone browser forcing dark mode. It’s not the forum software - the browser is overriding the theme. The pink checkboxes are from the browser override - we don’t have pink checkboxes on the site.

I’ve gotten used to it now. The Rangers are still a dumbass organization developing forwards same shit different year.

We have a list of things to fix up. Included is a separate theme for each of the NY/NJ team forums.

It’s coming soon.

The gist of this move was to:

* update the software - it was 10+ years old
* improve the server situation - again, it was set up 10 years ago
* distributed serving - the site should be fast for everyone because the pages are served from a server close to you (instead of in Portland)
* get rid if the dead forums - TrueBlueFan wanted to manage an all sports site, but he passed away and nobody is interested in running all those forums
