I'd change the "the marine" text to the same font you used for the "Mike" text. The pic effect and bg is pretty cool looking, text is what is hurting this.P.S.--I'd change the teal effect in the background/text to something more dark blue like the Broncos colors

1st off, re-work the text. Font, placement, coloring, blending, start from scratch, and come out w/ something diff. The feathering of the pic looks bad, and I'm not really feeling the BG either.
