Have you found a solution?
I tried your suggestion from a while back. But watching on phone isn’t fun and the server was busy or something off and on the entire time so I bailed on that. With YTTV losing espn/ABC, I have the trial for Fubo. If they don’t resolve it I’ll switch and solve the problem that way.

That same old lady turns on her TV to watch Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy. She can turn her TV on and watch Blazer games as well. If the old lady wants it to be easy, then pay for Comcast cable. That's a choice she has to make if she wants the easiest option.
Comcas Doesn't service many outlying areas. Like my whole town, even though I'm less than 30 miles from downtown.

Did you know Samsung tvs dont allow the nba app? I have 3 tvs in my house 60” or larger and only one i can watch Blazer games on, because it isn't a Samsung!

No, it is not simple for everyone. Yes it is simple for most, but it is very difficult for some others.

No you don’t need to have League Pass to get Blazervision, but for me I signed up on my phone and BlazerVision is through the NBA App/NBA.com
You will need an NBA.com account though.

It should be listed at $120, anything else and you are probably signing up for league pass.

I googled “BlazerVision” to find the signup link cause I couldn’t through the app, and it was the first website.
Blazervision on tvs is only available through the nba app there is no stand alone app, so one must install the nba app just to get to Blazervision.

Yeah, an android box (onn box from Walmart, or fire stick from Amazon) would be much better low price options unless you have a TV with Android.

It sounds like you have it figured out. Glad you're able to enjoy the games!

Can anyone with blazervision tell me if you can start a game in progress from the beginning or pause and rewind the live broadcast

No. On Blazervision you must start the gMe when it starts or wait until it is over to have full rewind dvr functionality.

Also you cant have a samsung tv. You have to have the nba app and it will not install on Samsung tvs.

Some weird quote editing glitches. When deleting words you can delete right into the quote and it moves typed words into the quote if deleting a middle section of a typed response.

@BoBoBREWSKI

Curious what is funny to you?

That comcast doesnt service places within 30 miles of downtown?
The fact that Samsung, one of the top tv brands doesn't allow the nba app, so if you have samsung tvs you cant install Blazervision?

You claim its so simple and many options for everyone so curious why you laugh when i point out facts indicating otherwise?

Don't ever count on using a TV for anything other than a monitor or you will be disappointed. Unless you get a TV with Android/google tv ( this allows side loading of apps).

To make your Samsung TVs work you can get an Amazon Fire Stick or Walmart ONN Box for like $20-$40.

It's pretty simple. For $20 you can get a box that will display the NBA TV app on any TV or monitor. Or use an antenna for free.

It's far better than it ever has been, IMO.

I don't buy tvs anymore unless they have the roku interface. And like you said, even if the TV has its own interface. I still buy a roku box to use that interface anyways.

There are always workarounds.

This is not correct. Samsung tvs will not allow the nba app regardless of device. I installed the nba app on my ps5. It will show up on my hisense. But will not show up on the samsung.

I pay for dtv. I purchased three tvs over 60”. Im a season ticket holder so ive paid for Blazervision.

Currently my only option is to buy a new tv or watch it in the only room that doesnt have a samsung.

Look it up. Ive looked into it at length. The nba app will not play on samsung tvs regardless of the device hosting the app.

Or you could be resourceful and use Google and find a potential solution. This took me about 1 minute to find. But not sure if it works.
If it doesnt, then as others have said. Buy a cheap Roku box and problem solved. I personally prefer and love my AppleTV box. Works great.

I
said i tried it on my ps5 and it still doesn't work.

Also. You chose apps. It does download apps. I said the nba app specifically. Ive installed many apps on my samsung.

So after all this i still need ot go grt yet another device to watch and this is considered simple? Easy?

Yes, I consider buying and using a $20 Roku/Firestick very easy. It's really simple, easy to use.

The main TV in my living room is an old Sony, so old it's not a smart TV. I had to buy an AppleTV box in order to use apps (Fubo, Netflix, Prime, NBA, ESPN etc). I'm not complaining about it. It's my choice to not buy a new TV. I'd be an idiot to blame the Blazers for that. It's on me. And I found an easy solution.
The second TV in my living room is a Roku TV. Easy interface to download and use apps.

Okay. But we already have a amazon firestick. It doesnt allow me to use the nba app on our samsung tv. Maybe there is a firestick setting?
But then the firsticks suck for trying to figure anything out as well. No notifications letting you know it needs an update. Et.

Welcome to artificial scarcity. This is the way corporations and corporate owned politicians want it.

I don't think there is a better alternative that the team could have offered us.

Yeah, I would definitely go with the Walmart ONN Box instead of a fire stick. Or even better an Nvidia Shield. But that's like $200...

Have you tried navigating to NBA league pass in the internet browser?

That may be kind of janky but it may be a workaround you could take advantage of...
