It's interesting that people are so paranoid that they think the guy who bought a small market team, kept it there, helped fix up the area where the team plays, signed a 20 year deal to keep them there, won't apparently do the same thing here...in a bigger market, with a much longer history already in a stronger situation than the Hurricanes were when he purchased them.
So we're supposed to believe that the group after buying a team would then go and move the team to a marginally better market (and let's be honest, Seattle is marginally better, and Vegas would mean 1 of 4 teams now), pay relocation fees and any exiting fees to the city? Seems a bit steep for a group that collectively isn't worth a *ton* of money.
For example: The Chargers moved to LA from San Diego, because of the glitz of LA...and now are ranked 21st in team value. They were 22nd in San Diego.
