1-3 to start the season.

Meanwhile, the Nets became 0-4 tonight and the Jazz are losing in the second quarter to that terrible NBDL team, the Rockets (the Blazers being the only one thus far to beat the rockets) . . . Wallace had 20 points 20 rebounds and 3 steals (and ios looking to be traded . . . I don't know that for a fact but wouldn't it make sense?)

Maybe things aren't so bad for the Blazers

edit: what is the worst starting line up in the league? Tonight, the Nets started: Alston, Lee, Lopez, CDR and Yi.

But, but, but - all other 29 teams do not need to adjust. I heard it right here, on this forum!

Like Mike Barrett said. He was one of many that totally written off the Rockets, but watching them he thinks they are going to cause fits for many teams in the league. Hell they are leading against Utah, in Utah. That says a lot.

HOW DO THE ROCKETS SCORE????

Its amazing. I mean you know Ariza wont keep this up. Hes good but not this good lol. And Brooks is Damon Stoudamire 2.0. Way to small IMO for a PG. But yes its shocking they score so much.

Also the Knicks scare me as far as scoring. They cant play defense for shit but if they are hot... the opponent is in trouble. The hornets cant score like the knicks.

Wallace has been on a tear... putting up HUGE rebounding numbers. Could we send them Miller and Outlaw?

again.. if KP really passed on wallace for Batum, Outlaw, RLEC... KP should be fired IMO

Don't need to start a new thread, but wanted to point out the Blazers are 2-2 against teams with winning records. :D

Thats why the lakers are winning titles.... they make good trades for elite players.

The Blazers collect over hyped young talent with huge holes in their games but have "potential"

Serio (gone) Outlaw (soon will be gone) Batum (bum shoulder)

We have passed on Conley, Carter, Jefferson, Wallace. Hmmm all major upgrades and all 3rd scoring options. Hell maybe even better options then LA. But hey we still have outlaw and batum. no worries!

Superb coaching.

Alright, sac's starting line up of T. Evans, K Martin, S May, J Thompson, D Mason . . . is probably worse than the Nets line up (especially when the nets get Harris back)

but im telling ya... the freaking knicks are the grizz of the east. their game plan... just out score the opponent. its pretty simple. no defense, no real offensive sets... just shoot and shoot and let lee rebound.

theres 3 really really bad teams...

SAC

NETS

WOLVES

You lose to any of those 3.... it will haunt ya all year. that defines cupcake on the scedule

also maybe the bucks too

The only sure player we passed on for Sergio was Milsap.

Who was taken after Outlaw that we we missed (I honestly do not remember). Same with Batum... ?

We passed on Conley? How did we? He was taken 4th. You would rather have Conley than Oden?

Oh, you mean trades? Give us the juice, buddy. Did you tap KP's phone or the phones of 4 other GMs?

Hey, at least you were right - we did not make the playoffs last year when KP threw the team under the bus... :drumroll:

Utah scores the last 4 points of the half and lead by 3 at halftime.

Knicks scored 117 points tonight . . . I'm going to try and catch a game and see this out score your opponent basketball. I actually enjoy watching games like that, as long as the Blazers aren't involved.

thats the knicks game. outscore em! GS, Grizz also employ this tactic. Its their only defense. When you have Zach, AI, Gay, and Mayo on the floor.... you better score some points cause you wlll allow just as many lol

as far as trades go.... many nba writers around the league said all those guys were on our table and we passed. cmon... you know if we wanted too we could have easliy taken, carter. jeff, or wallace. better money spent then miller

just hearing sergios name makes me wanna puke

this is why CP3 is going to be traded for young talent (taking a hit though) + expiring contracts.

they won't get BETTER without major moves, but can't afford CP3's extension....

if they aren't planning to afford CP's extension in 2012 why did they trade for okafor? makes no sense.

The Hornets are already in the red. If they lose CP3 that franchise will be dead. Speaking of, I don't know why the fuck the owner insists on keeping that team in New Orleans! The metro population barely reaches 1 million. It's as small as OKC. Combine that with the Saints, one of these teams should move, if not both.

speaking of rebuilding, the jazz are not that far away from having williams/millsap and not much else

Blazers also have a trade exception and Charlotte is a very budget conscious team.

Blazers have no trade exceptions. All exceptions are renounced when cap space is used.
