Just saw it on NBA TV. It just looked like he barely hit the basket support padding with his head. He was not even going that fast. So hopefully it is all precautionary. Can't mess with your head.
Elbow to the temple or neck is what it looks like. Hard to tell from that one video coverage.
I was just watching the replay on TV, and it really didn't look that bad at first glance. I guess you never know though, so hopefully it's nothing serious, but the actual punch didn't look bad at all. Watching the tape, it seems like he barely grazed him.
As of this AM they said he was released from hospital, walking on his own, had a concussion. He'll miss the rest of summer league and needs to undergo NBA concussion program (basically extensive series of tests) before he can return to action. But he has full range of movement.
Not great news, but could be much worse. Glad at least NBA takes concussion seriously.
I hope he doesn't get tentative after this freak injury. I don't think he will.
Why hasn't Khan undergone the same treatment?
It's pretty clear he must have bumped his head.
