Thai food...

I remember 1999, too. Then I discovered Indian food, and curry done right...
 
i love indian food but most people only know it from lunch buffetts. the best indian food I've had out here was probably a vegetraian focused indian food restaurant. jackfruit curry...bomb shit.

Dated a girl in high school who was the feature dancer their for years before she moved to Florida. Was on the cover of that strip club magazine a couple times.

Super nice and intellectual chick. Doesn't meet your typical stripper stereo type. Great milk-fullies and wild in the sack.
 
Saw The Conjuring last night. Creepiest movie I have seen since Insidious.
 
Just watched Willie Nelson's kid do a kickass performance on the Artie Lange Show (great "sports talk" show btw). I was making notes to check out their stuff even though I didn't even know it was Nelson's kid until the post-song interview.

It's good... not much sports talk for a "sports show," but it's still just an entertaining show that gets decent guests and occasionally brings sports into the equation...

Guess that depends on if you like Artie Lange though... seems like he's hit or miss with a lot of people...
 
Went to the Hawthorne theater on Friday and saw the Bad Rabbits and after that ended, went to the Whiskey Bar to see a show there. 'Twas a good night.

My favorite find going back to the parents house was my old Charles Barkley reverseable, from when he was on the Rockets and the NBA had cool jerseys... remember those reverseables?

Blue with white pinstripes at school on Monday, white with blue pin stripes on Tuesday...

Anyway, was bored on YouTube, seeing if Z-Bo had anything new going on, and saw this from his PDX days -

Z-Bo's always catching shit for his past, and I'm sure he's still up to some sketchy shit, but I've always been a fan as a MSU diehard, and I still think he's a pretty decent dude at heart. I actually met Z-Bo when I was young as shit, like my early teens when he played for the Blazers... I was rocking all my MSU shit, and after blowing off all the other fans asking for autographs, he made a point to turn around in the tunnel and give me daps for my gear and pose for a picture... been a fan since. I was always that one asshole rooting for him during the Blazers/Grizz games in the Pyramid.

Z-Bo's the fucking man...

Charlie Bell sucks though... glad he's out of the NBA. When Michigan State played in Memphis during the 2002 NCAA tournament (Z-Bo, J-Rich, Alan Anderson, and Charlie Bell), I dyed what little short, curly hair I had on my head at the time green and was decked out in MSU shit. All of the players that went onto great careers took pics and signed auto's for me after the game, but Charlie Bell was too cool for that shit. Him and his beau (Ms. Michigan at the time), completely gave me the cold shoulder, even after guys like J-Rich were getting pumped about a kid in Memphis being a diehard MSU fan and taking pictures and signing shit. That's the kinda shit that you don't forget about...

With that said... I'm druuunk... and this is one of the last nights I'll be on s2. I'm permanently moving to New Orleans on Wednesday, and tomorrow I'll be getting wasted with the old high school crew... I'm sure I'll be on tomorrow once shit empties out at my pad, and I'll probably check in every now and then from NOLA, but here's a preliminary thank you, to a Random Thoughts Thread that never really amounted to shit when I started posting here again. Get this thread rollin again... I'll probably be here to post some last drunken thoughts tomorrow night, but otherwise, peace from the middle south.
