I like that Zach has put on some muscle, but I still don't think he's ready to play the 5, either physically or mentally. Give him another year and he should be ready to be our starting 4 with spot minutes backing up Nurk at the 5.

Now that I think about it I think we’ll see a Meyers/Collins duo with the second unit. And theoretically it COULD work.

Offensively Meyers floats on the perimeter and spaces the court like the bitch he is, and Collins plays closer to the basket.

Defensively Meyers plays center, Collins PF.

Another option would be Biggie instead of Meyers, same role.

They makes 0 sense. Deals are reported in their full amount (guatanteed and non-guaranteed). There's no way this is a 4 year, $64M deal.

It could be something like 12, 13, 14, 15, with 9M guaranteed in year 4.

That's the point....there weren't any. $17M is not close to....zero. Someone in the league told me the Celts would have offered him the full MLE but that was it. That would have been about half of what Olshey ponied up.
