This is surprising because Germany has knocked off both Slovenia and France already.
 
germany head coach said he dont know our team and that he only heard of dzanan musa (cause he was in the nba)

nurk obviously took that personally, hes dominating the game

Germany has nobody to guard Nurkic. Theis and Thiemann can’t guard him. Only teams that can guard Nurk are going to be France and Lithuania.

But so far Nurk has been a net negative. Musa is Bosnia's star.
 
I know they lost but what's Nurk's stat line this game? Just curious
 
An upright, thinner, aggressive Nurkic is a good Nurkic.
Any other Nurkic should be traded.

He’s getting a good workout prior to camp … and playing (right now) matters to him. That’s worth the risk.
 
Nurk can’t stay healthy and this year he will be completely run down from summer play. We watched this with Batum for years.
Calling it now. There will be a nagging injury problem with him all year.

Coming in refreshed and in great shape is best case Nurkic. It’s already obvious (IMHO) that back-up help at the bigs (who play D and move their feet) is needed. If Nurkic gets the lingering nicks, then that will move a trade along … a good thing.

At least one of Little, Hart, or Sharpe is gone by the trade deadline — or should be. Little headed for RFA after the season, Hart with a player option after this season, and Sharpe’s “unknown value, high potential” right now means SF is up for grabs and SF trade targets at 6’7 or above are still the single biggest issue in this line-up.
 
Sabonis has been very disappointing, and is now doubt the reason Lithuania are about to find themselves at 0-3 and in serious danger of being eliminated.

Doubtful they'll trade Sharpe, they just drafted him.

Of those three, Hart is the most likely traded IF anyone is to be traded.

lithuania will be the favorite in that game, but anything is possible in one game

I personally don’t want Nurk playing deep into this tournament. Selfish take I know.

Sure keep thinking that when by December he’s already burnt and dealing with nagging injuries.

Dude’s just thinking our injury prone center maybe shouldn’t be out there playing at this level in the offseason is all. I understand where he’s coming from. I used to always get worried when Nico would be playing for France all the time.
 
Markannen is the only one on the floor with anywhere near the height to guard Jokic.

It’s ridiculous… Why is Jokic in there for this game up 20?

Say what you want about Nurk playing… Isn’t it the same with Jokic then?

To a point I totally agree though Nurk is much much more injury prone.

I don’t think Jokic misses as many games as Nurk. I think that’s the biggest problem.
