Well that confirms that POR doesn't think they can afford Plumlee. I wanted Nurkic but not sure how I feel about this overall. Plumlee was probably our heart and soul.
Agreed with both sentiments!Suck to lose Plumlee but at least he isn't walking for nothing.
We weren't one last year. This signals rebuild to me. Which is fine, it is probably what we need. As I said I wanted Nurkic. But Plumlee is the only Blazer that gave every ounce he had for us in every game. Can't say that about anyone else unfortunately.Heart and soul of what? A sub .500 team?
Nurkic about to fuck some people up.
My guess is we trade one of the 3 picks and keep the other two. Just because we got Nurkic doesn't mean we won't go out and make another move. For the record, I'll miss Plumlee, but we just got a real center, under long term control, who has potential on both ends of the court.
Also, three first round picks in a loaded draft, and one thing Olshey has proven is he knows how to draft.

We have three firsts this year

Hard to believe Dame signed off on this.
He was definitely our Wes Mathews.Well that confirms that POR doesn't think they can afford Plumlee. I wanted Nurkic but not sure how I feel about this overall. Plumlee was probably our heart and soul.
More like Yuck-kic, am I right?
Trading Plumlee signals the year is indeed lost. Our one good big. I loved Plumlee.
At this point in Dame's career I'm getting really sick of that word.
