Iam not in Steph's head or anything. But I think he gave Tim Thomas a chance to hit that wide open shot to win the game because He was probably thinking that was the type of confidence boost that could really get TT season going...I think He was not only trying to win the game but he was also thinking about the future as well, cause right now, Thomas needs that type of confidence boost cause he has to be an important part of this team until he is traded for a better part of the puzzle.

I agree with you guys that KVH was better than TT but, Mohammed was the key to the deal. He is atleast a small step up from Doleac. So far he's averaging 9pts, and 7rebs in just 25 minutes of play. Because of the struggle of TT I wan't him to be traded. We can't get anyone for him but, that really wouldn't matter.

Sweetney may have gotten a good deal of points but we didnt find him in the post. That's what we have to do when nothing else is working. Feed the post. There was noone on their team that could stop him except Bradley and even he's suspect against Sweetney. I am telling you if we fed him we would have won. Eliteness isnt too far off... we did a great job on Nowitzki so we can play good defense against premier powerforwards. Coaching is the problem.

We dont need a big man for offense we need him for defense. We alread have all the offense we need now we need defensive to slow down the opposing teams scoring.

The Knicks are a funny team to me I've seen them play well against the best in the league but I've also seen them lose to the worst team in the league. Very inconsistent.

I disagree. I think that we all saw why Marbury's team never really goes past the 2nd round. He doesn't always step it up. Not always willing to take his final shot, maybe he was scared, I don't know. If he was thinking about what was best for the team he would've hoisted it. Period.

Agreed. the W is the most important thing in the long run. If I were Steph I might have given it to him in a practice game or preseason or something. Not at the expense of a W.

I agree that he shouldve tooken the shot but i doubt he passed it because he was scared. I've seen him take plenty of clutch shots in his career.

You should know that things are a little different when you play for a team like New York and you have the entire city's hopes on your shoulders.

TT was wide open. Just have to accept that. I doubt Marbury was afraid. He is not shy about shooting that's for sure. TT was open that's why he got the last shot. There really isnt anything more to it. Marbury didnt really have alot of time to think so he hit it off to the open man which is what you should do it's Basketball 101. Somebody was running to him as he made the pass so maybe he thought he wouldnt get the shot off. My thing is why were we looking for a three when we could have just tied the game and won in overtime?
