Thank you. Was thinking RealGM was not so busy and looking for something busier. Looks like the place to beWelcome to RipCityTwo!

If Meyers is expected to get a big offer, I certainly wouldn't mind replacing him with a more experienced version of him, and picking up a draft pick to boot. Neil's already pursued Hawes once. This seems like exactly the kind of move we should be making.
In Hawes case 2 teams right? Clippers and CharlotteHawes and Monroe...
Rejected Portland and now their teams can't wait to get rid of them.

Too big (21 mil) and long (3yrs) to swallow for just the 22nd pick. How large is Lamb's contract? He is the better player over Hawes. We do need a big more than SG/SF but only if that guy would have serious rotation minutes. Not sure Hawes would.
Thats what she said.Too big (21 mil) and long (3yrs) to swallow for just the 22nd pick.
IMO Lamb is a very serviceable rotation player and in the new NBA salary madness that's a very cheap contractThats what she said.
Not with CJ/AC/Moe/Aminu already on the roster. Where would he even get minutes?IMO Lamb is a very serviceable rotation player and in the new NBA salary madness that's a very cheap contract
After hearing that, agreed.Too big (21 mil) and long (3yrs) to swallow for just the 22nd pick.
They freaking hate point guards in Phoenix haha

Old and somewhat pointless but info nonetheless
and are you that confident Crabbe is coming back? especially if he gets an offer at 12-13 mil? if he did then Lamb's contract would look pretty goodNot with CJ/AC/Moe/Aminu already on the roster. Where would he even get minutes?
Yes, it's a terrific deal for Utah IMO. Bledsoe when healthy is a quality guard and with #4 you could replace Hayward with either Bender or Jaylen Brown, or get someone like Buddy Hield to form immense shooting backcourt. They would still have enough assets to move for a new small forward easily.Surprised Utah wouldn't bite on that deal. They must think Bledsoe is injury prone. I think Bledsoe plus the 4th pick is great value for Hayward. Especially if he leaves Utah after his contract (rumors he wouldn't mind being out).
I'd take AC over Lamb. Even given the price difference.and are you that confident Crabbe is coming back? especially if he gets an offer at 12-13 mil? if he did then Lamb's contract would look pretty good
Crabbe might get 12 MIL but he still only counts as 2.7 MIL to us for 3 days after July 7th while we decide to match or not. So we have from July 1st to July 6th during the memorandum to get someone to agree to use up our cap space and then from July 7th to July 10th for someone to officially sign before matching on Crabbe.and are you that confident Crabbe is coming back? especially if he gets an offer at 12-13 mil? if he did then Lamb's contract would look pretty good
