Could this be Neil? With all the question about ownership?

"They are communicating with him and he is OKing all these moves," Cowherd said of Johnson's mystery replacement. "He is not currently in the Laker building. He's currently running another team that's in the playoffs. It could be a handful of people. It could be a Michael Winger with the Los Angeles Clippers, Bob Myers with Golden State, young smart guy in Toronto. There's a couple other guys out there."

Man, I seriously doubt it. The Blazers have never granted him permission to talk to other teams so it would be tampering at this point if true.

actually, the Lakers give a shit about if it's legal or not

Kiss of death?
Well you can guarantee a loss for game 3 after Stephen A Smith started to give Dame props on his radio show talking about that he deserves a spot as First-Team All-Pro. SAS is a worse jinx than JinxS.........you know what, let me shut up lol.

Me too I was mostly joking, a hint of truth in there though. :)
Why would the Lakers admit they're working with someone if they didn't have permission to do so? I guess the answer could be that they're just that stupid. I think it's more likely that it's someone they do have permission to talk to. It's awfully presumptuous to think it's Neil when over half the league is in the playoffs (assuming that's the reason the person hasn't been hired).

Well Cowherd reporting it doesn't = the Lakers admitted anything. Like I said though I was mostly joking, though I dont think the Lakers care too much about the “rules”.

Pacers again blow big lead. Pistons showing signs of life. Probably not enough to win but at least putting up a fight.

Pat C. playing great off the bench for the Bucks, 18-9-3 with 4 blocks and no turnovers. Looks like Mike Buz likes his game and I would imagine Bucks fans like him since it gets paid dimes on the dollar for what some bench players get ie George Hill at 19 mil and pat at 1.6

Warriors vs Rockets in the 2nd round. The two teams will kill each other. Blazers just need to advance

Man, what happened to Utah? Or is Houston really that good of a team?

Interesting how the number eight seeds are acquitting themselves so much better than the number fives. Clippers stage amazing comeback. Pistons weakest team but they are trying. Pacers can't hold any lead and Jazz practically comatose.
