Gobert fighting Anderson followed by Plumlee and Hyland. Shades of Rasheed and Sabonis.

What a mess.
Shit... suspend the dude for their play in game against the Lakers?!? That dude is a big time problem and not for opposing teams. His contract is toxic, he seems to be toxic as a teammate, what he is elite at is becoming less and less valuable in the league and they don't have picks to package with him so they can move him because they traded all of them along with a bunch of good young players for him.

Yeah, I'd say that's a bit of a mess.

I guess our problem is just being a garbage team with a garbage coach. We don’t fight each other like the Wolves and Clippers

I would not have suspended Gobert for a playoff game, especially if Anderson repeatedly called him a bitch while playing injured. But what is it about Rudy? He seems to rub his teammates the wrong way. Is it a Euro thing?

so Gobert is suspended for being an ass. Makes this comparison interesting:

Kessler was the first pick Utah got from Minny for Gobert. They are still owed 4 more pick and a swap. They also traded Beasley and Vanderbilt to LAL for another 1st. Ainge took the Wolves GM to the woodshed...and buried him there

So, Ant, filler, and picks for KAT? They can call their backcourt the Ant Colony.
Man, that's pretty cool as far as the Wolves go. But i don't dig KAT. But he is better than Nurk. It's just that whiney face, and looking like he's about to cry after ever play.

I agree, honestly, but it would 100% be an upgrade, talent-wise. Undoubtedly.

I thought the Gobert trade was terrible when it happened and it's even worst now

What was Tim Connelly thinking. He wasn't. Danny Ainge helping the Lakers back to contention is mind blowing too. He ought to lose his Oregon Card for that alone.

They helped the player not the Lakers. The original signing was built to help him get some show for a team in need.
This will help us sign scrubs in the future. They will know that Portland treated scrubs well in the past and they will want to sign with us?

Rockets letting Silas go and are bringing in Scott Brooks to take a serious look at hiring him...he won a chip there in 94 as a player. I'd like to see Chauncey upgrade the assistant coaching position he leaves us in if they hire him

Chauncey's staff needs some serious upgrading.

Brooks has the most experience, but I'm not sure he's a 'good' coach.
Roy Rogers has some street cred.
Everyone else is fairly inexperienced.
With Billups being a new HC, he really needs a much stronger staff to lean on.

Okay I hear ya but let’s look at it closer? Maybe it continues to present this organization as a class organization and one that players of all caliber would be willing to sign with?
You know unlike maybe when they had a GM that was a snake?

My play-in predictions:

Heat over Hawks, East 7th

Wolves over Lakers, West 7th

Raptors over Bulls

Pelicans over Thunder

Raptors over Hawks, East 8th

Lakers over Pelicans, West 8th

Started by him rubbing the mics the wrong way first.

Weird. Thought you were talking about nurk at the end there.

Now is this good or bad? If it’s good, I wish our blazers had somebody on our bench that did this. But if it’s bad like all his triple doubles, I’m content with our guys!

"Physically, I'm fine, now it's just a matter of when I feel like Zion. I know the atmosphere I'd be entering based off playoff experience, now it's just a matter of when I feel like Zion."
