Nobody in the league has him on their roster this year, but I'm guessing you're smarter than the 30 GMs in the league because you can look at his counting numbers and assess his impact. Whiteside had numbers that significantly outweighed his impact. He wasn't a bad as his detractors made him out to be though

but he's a dinosaur type C; less mobile on the perimeter than Nurkic, and Nurkic is a stiff out on the perimeter. That's the reason that Whiteside isn't in the league anymore....obsolete. Too bad Cronin didn't use Whiteside as an impact gauge before he gave Nurkic 70M

I am not seeing how the Lakers or the Mavs have good enough package for Kyrie. The Lakers have no young starting level talent. They have two, potentially astronomical picks, years from now. How is that a good offer? Sure a Westbrick expiring is useful but not in a longer term teardown to the studs situation. What young stars do the Mavs have? Dinwiddie?? BKN been there and done that. PHX has a better shot imho.

I think we do. We have often offered crap for a good player. Kennard and RoCo are rarely in the rotation anymore.
Jackson played 15 minutes last night and Wall they are considering cutting. I would be surprised if the Nets took that deal.

He would be right now if we were winning. So yeah, if we make the trades before Friday that get us winning and in the mix and Dame continues to put up these kinds of numbers then he could definitely win the MVP.
