There is a Rocket insider that is pretty adamant that Howard could have played but decided to try to get in as best shape as possible before the post-season. As for Howard not being an impact player...lol.
He made no impact for Lakers. They were awful most of the season and in the playoffs, he couldn't muster one win for them. In last year's playoffs, he put up sweet numbers but again, his team couldn't get out of first round. I wouldn't trade Meyers Leonard for Dwight Howard.

Warriors are horrible, getting smoked out of their own building.

They're one of the best teams in the league. Remember, long term. If you're doing it with the blazers, be realistic about other teams too.

That being said, DAMN 40 pt quarter. Ouch.

They could easily beat our halftime score in denver this year... which I think is still the high water mark for the season in a half.
We'll see. Dallas sucks so they could blow this.

I know you aren't a betting man but the Pels won't even be in the playoffs.

Curry only 7/11 from three...So over rated!!!

Hate to say it, but right now Splash Bros. are on a whole different level from the Rain Bros.

This warrior team is so good. Championship Mavs good... If they are clicking during the playoffs then no one will be able to stop them.

They definitely have that jump shot mentality though. Live by the three die by the three. The Blazers ar similar to the Warriors by more than their back court.

The Warriors biggest slight is their second unit. They can score, but the offense doesn't run anywhere near as smoothly, a lot of possessions end with contested jump shots.. It has been going on all year and is hurting them right now.

That and they can't guard Aldridge

You have a tendency to drive me crazy with your absolute anti-empirical way of thinking. But I can't fault you for being you, so I guess I have to just applaud you for sticking to your guns.

We beat the Mavs by 21. Not impressed with Warriors tonight. Warriors can't play D.

Thanks. That's sweet of you.

10-20 for 26 points (in our only game this year against GSW)? It's a good night, and I'll take it, but that's not exactly dominating to the point that you can discount other guys having hot nights, especially Curry/Thompson.

And in the last 3 years, he's 2-4 against them averaging 21.5ppg, 13rpg on 6.5/19 (34%). Hardly dominating.

Warriors are scary good this year. They have to come back down to earth at some point, right?
