The absolute shortsightedness of this statement is pretty funny. The Blazers are actually creating an identity, whereas the Kings wasted any kind of good that they did have by trading for DeMarr and then trading DeAaron (tho he wanted out apparently).

I mean, shit, if the Blazers are "worse" and have no direction, yet are going to finish with anywhere from 10 to 13 games *more* than they were predicted to (read: upward trajectory) and are only 4.5 games worse than the Kings, who are coming off of 48 and 46 win seasons and are on pace to finish below .500 this year (read: downward trajectory), and they're a grand total of 4.5 games ahead of the Blazers, who are significantly younger and don't have multiple all stars on their roster...I think I'll take the direction the Blazers have picked over that of the Kings.
