Zach looked like more of the dick head to me. Got dunked on, and didn't like getting told about it, so had to go lightly shove himself in to MPJ.

MPJ decided to be an ass and talk shit.

Zach needs to keep his arms a little higher up if he’s gonna run up to people like that. I’m not saying an old school Irish fight stance. But someone decides their going to throw one at you and he’s going to be caught

Looks like MPJ was being a dick head

they were both dickheads, but Zach escalated things. Porter posterized Zach on a dunk and did a little taunt afterwards. Zach took exception and came up behind Porter and bumped him, then escalated the physical confrontation.

the picture posted is misleading

MPJ shouldn't have talked shit to him.

lol...ever hear of a guy named Larry Bird? According to everybody he talked shit every minute of every game. Of course, he could usually back it up

MPJ—what a dork. Zach is one of the few guys in the league that contests dunks and then MPJ goes and talks a mess? Ha.

I watched the video. I don't blame Zach.

why not? he was the one who moved it into a physical confrontation and he did that after Porter put him on a poster. Porter was a dickhead for a taunt; Zach was a dickhead for an overreaction

I don’t know why that has anything to do with this play. Unless you’re comparing MPJ to Bird.

Markannen shoots 3-22 FGs but Jazz win because THT plays like prime Westbrook.

People should consider Markelle Fultz for Most Improved. He was a +20 in an overtime win over Miami tonight. He’s legit. I’m happy for him. Maybe the steadiest PG in the league.

Who the fuck is David Roddy??!? How do the Grizzlies find these guys?

I watch the game both players probably shouldn't done what they did. Zach was having actually a pretty good game at that point. He was 10/9/3 and just drove by joker for a lay in and hit a 3 pointer. Sometimes to get even you do it by going down and do something to help your team. But when you talk shit after a play majority of players going to take offense to it and especially when porter only had 5 points at that time.

I am fine with what Zach did. No punches were thrown, no groin shots, no injury risking foul etc. And maybe it charged up the Spurs enough to win it?

they find them by doing their work AND, not wasting 6 first round picks in 6 straight drafts...like Olshey
I mean..... Olshey was great at finding sleeper picks. That was probably his best trait actually.

Simons
Connaughton
Barton
CJ
Allen Crabbe
Zach Collins
Jake Layman
Gary Trent Jr
Nas

He was great at drafting guards. Most of those guys have had long NBA careers.

he had some 2nd round magic; 1st round was mostly disaster

as for his 2nd round picks, his follow-ups sucked. He traded Barton and a 1st for Afflalo. He matched the idiot offer sheet for Crabbe and the stain of that mistake (Nicholson) is still on the Blazer books 3 years after Crabbe is out of the league and 6 years after he was traded. For some reason, Olshey declined to re-sign Connaughton so he signed with the Bucks for a minimum deal. Layman was an overrated scrub who Olshey drafted ahead of Georges Niang. And he traded Trent for Powell so Powell could be a full-time SF....geeeeezuz

It kinda sounds like you're saying Olshey was a dumpsterfire of a GM.
