playing the spurs have prepared the clippers well. Houston shouldn't be much of a challenge from here on out in the series. Only team that could give them a good test in the west is the Grizzlies with how they play defense. Bulls in the finals would be a challenge as well, but no one else would challenge them in the east.

Austin Rivers, holy shit, dude can play when he has confidence I guess.

I was in the minority, liking his ball handling and ability to get to the rim in summer league, when everyone here was writing him off as a chucker. Those are signs of someone with legit basketball skills, and we've seen plenty of guys that can hit shots in practice that just need a role and a rhythm to do it in games.

Pelicans could use him, what did Clips give up to get Austin?

found it:

" In exchange for Rivers, the Clippers sent forward Chris-Douglas Roberts and a 2017 second round draft pick to the Celtics and forward Reggie Bullock to the Suns. The Celtics received forward Shavlik Randolph from Phoenix in the trade."

That was LITERALLY the FIRST time Austin Rivers has had good game in the NBA. He is still garbage overall. This guy has never broke 11 on his PER in the NBA. (NBA average player is 15)

Actually without Rivers the Clippers don't beat the Spurs in game 4.

So last night was his second good game in the nba.

Tony Allen is making the 'best backcourt in basketball history' look mediocre.

The crowd chanting 1st team defense was cool lol

Grizz are just on a whole different level than anyone else defensively. They might win it all.

I just don't think Kerr likes how his style jives with the rest of the team so he plays spot minutes. I've always been a fan of Lee's game.

He might be had for cheap.
Can he play SF? ;)

It's pretty obvious that the Warriors should be throwing a front court of Green/Lee/Bogut to combat Memphis. Golden State is playing the, the same way we did.

Warriors showing its tough to win a championship shooting low percentage shots all the time?
