So what you're saying is that Jody Allen needs to sell to Melo?

I'm fine with that, as long as he stops playing basketball.
I think it may be a trend that ex players/super stars will buy into pro franchises. Melo seems to be well respected around the league and its possible he's already but together a group to go after the Blazers?

Does anyone know why the Jazz and Pacers game was so early? Seems weird for a Friday

So the Mavs have the talent and a great coach. How are they behind us?

They have Luka and KP and that's it, and KP has been disappointment the last few years
Seemed like there were many who thought Richardson was an improvement over CJ for us. He no longer registers there?

Actually Carlisle has been average at best. In last 9 years he's been bounced form first round 5 times and not made the offs 4, including last year.

Don't forget Kleber and Hardaway Jr.....many wanted them as well and for good reason. Their team has talent.
Before the start of the season, most Blazer fans picked the Mavs to make a big jump. Now I would be surprised if they still passed us based on the remaining schedules, but still, it surprises me they are not doing better.

Hey, remember when everyone wanted Saddiq Bey and then promptly forgot because we traded for RoCo? Well, Olshey's gotta be thanking his god that RoCo is playing well, cuz

Yeah, I wanted Bey. But Nassir is taking the sting out of that one. Still, I hate giving up 1st round picks. Little is a bit bigger, more athletic with a longer wingspan. And regardless of what anyone says he is not a SG. SF of the future.

This Jazz-Lakers game is interesting. No stars, no clear leaders. Just a bunch of second/third-tier players trying to make the best of their situations.

Utah's ball movement is impressive, especially their interior passing game. But they've got nobody to handle Drummond on the other end.

Ilyasova certainly stayed ready for his chance:

Always happens. Blazers bout to overtake a team in the standings and that team wins a game they should lose.
