We still have beaten Portland more times than not so far this season. That trend will continue over the next two weeks.

The same will be true in May as we dispatch the Spurs. You heard it here first.

I admire your confidence.

I think we'll win PapaG. We're playing the best basketball in the league. 10-1 since LaMarcus came back. This is a special team peaking at the right time. Reminds me of Dallas only we have a better second option (Lillard) than they had (Terry?)

You just don't get it Eric.

The NBA wants the series to go 7. We will lose the next game. We will maybe win both in Portland, or split. We'll lose in Houston, win in Portland, and then they'll let us play in game 7.

There's a reason why they changed it to seven games instead of 5. The NBA wants that money and the only way they'll get it is if the series goes 7.

Malcom Campbell needs to slow the fuck down.

I'm tired of his shit.

I thought I was supposed to say that.:pimp:

Is the ref under the basket calling that a foul? I gave up on watching the game after the first few minutes because the reffing was so blatantly biased toward the Clippers.

I suspect we'll see a replay of that Wednesday night #NBAasWWE

Everybody knows what is going to happen, and the NBA will love it because they need Houston to win the series.

PapaG is right, LA and Dame will each collect two quick fouls in the first five minutes.

Why does the NBA need Houston to win the series? The NBA has done all they could (5 All Star events) to make Dame into a superstar. He's got commercials now and a big shoe deal. What's so amazing about Houston that they must win the series or the league will collapse? People said the NBA wanted the Lakers to win in 2011 but the Mavs swept them and it wasn't close in the final game.

And if the league protects its superstars in big markets, how come the refs took Blake Griffin out of Game 1 with foul trouble that only allowed him to play 19 minutes? The theory doesn't hold water.

Exactly. Adidas probably has a ton of payola to the NBA right now. Lillard will need to be in more than seven games for Adi to get their money's worth.

Game 1 was the "upset game" this year. Lots of drama. But I bet the NBA thinks of ratings for the whole series, so it sets up a must watch game two that was the revenge game.

Just finished watching most of Clippers/GSW. Not going to say the game was rigged just that the refs were calling flops. GS should have started flopping all over the place as well the refs would have called it on the clippers instead they just let the Clippers flop everywhere. If the Refs are going to call all those flops vs us then I hope Dame/LMA start flopping all over the place as well.

Absolutely. It's the Playoffs - it's all about getting the W. Screw the "integrity" of the game and start flopping if the refs are calling flops - at that point the refs have already screwed the integrity of the game.

Exactly! They can get fans to tune in easy on a weekend. There is no good TV programming on a weekend, but a weekday? They have stiff competition, and you can build up viewership. "Come see Hulk Hogan try to get his title back! He lost it to the Arab Sheik during Wrestlemania 4!"

Blazers are a lock to win. The League can't have a total FLOP FEST with Rockets vs Spurs...it would mostly be:

When asked to comment on the Windows 8 install disc package, Harden shed a single tear and replied:

Indy down 7 in the 2nd quarter, and Scola seems to be their only consistent player who can get an open shot.

Haha look how many reviews, I bet there is some funny shit there!

Hibbert's decline has been so sudden, and the Pacers nose-dived right along with him. Paul George isn't proving to be much without Hibbert in the lane protecting the paint.

This Hawks/Pacers game is fascinating. Atlanta has the swagger of a one-seed, and Indiana is playing hero ball trying to score.

Could you imagine the damage the Hawks would be doing WITH Horford? The Pacers have no answer for Teague also.

The Pacers are kinda like the Lakers of the early 2010s. Can't stop PGs for shit.
