I'm sorry, but i don't think a bar is a big plus at court level. Basketball is a game, especially at playoff time, that makes the atmosphere electric in the arena. That bar is in the way of REAL FANS who want to watch the game not smooze like it's a regular season baseball game. ATL has the same bullshit in their arena. Stupid idea.
