I don't like Durant, but I would be willing to bet he is very unlikely to join LeBron in LA. Why would he leave GState? Presumably to prove that he's top dog, not Curry, and also because he's sick of all the shade he gets for quitting OKC to join a superteam. Going to LA would just amplify both criticisms a hundredfold.
