Not only does Travis again miss a wide open Rudy but Maggette flops and gets another offensive foul on Portland. If the NBA actually implemented their flopping fines program then Maggette would have quite a hefty fine.
 
Travis is stinkin' it up tonight... this is the bad inconsistent side of Trout.
