Utah won't pass it to Cody Williams. Get that kid the rock! Who cares about the other guys trying to make the team.

Everybody brings up shooting but for me it’s finishing with his left hand. That should be priority #1.

Sure, but he needs that plus a solid 3 pt shot too. His offense is going to open up so much more when he’s a threat from distance, midrange and at the basket. With his quickness, he’ll be impossible to guard one on one.

The Jazz SL team is basically half their entire RS roster.

Cody Williams
Taylor Hendricks
Walker Kessler
Keyonte George
Brice Sensabaugh
Isaiah Collier
Kyle Filipowski

All 1st or early 2nd round picks in the last two or three years.

Photos from practice. Sharpe appears to be practicing with them. Scoot is there but don't see him in any activities.

I like this one

Based off those photos im not sure we can surmise that Scoot or Sharpe did much, but its definitely great that they are taking a leadership role and there supporting these rookies coming into the league.

It’s a tradition. Dame did it. Roy did it. Now Sharpe and Scoot do it.

GG Jackson 0-9 from deep. Amazing athlete, terrific NBA body, can't throw a pebble in the pond.

Pippen Jr. kinda sucks. I think his dad made the Grizzlies give him a contract

Challenges in Summer League. Jesus

There's 5 Vanderbilt Commodores in the NBA, including Scotty Pippen. You can't name a team after a janky old computer, and expect them to perform brilliantly.

Edey 14/15/4blk in his SL debut.
The folks who said "Zach is not worth a lottery pick", might need to reorganize their scouting notes.

Looked pretty good against a lineup that might actually start a few games this year.

Summer.

League.

I just saw a bunch of plays where his ass is getting a foul called in the regular season. Also, seemed like maybe they weren't being too strict about calling 3 in the key.

But how was his perimeter defense?

I just watched that game. Utah wasn’t really doing a good job trying to draw him out or forcing him out of the paint. They kind of let him do what he does. Not sure why other than maybe they didn’t have the roster to do that very well.

It's still just Summer League. We know Edey performs well against college players.

That said, that he can move as well as he did, especially on that last play, he will do VERY well in the NBA. Offensively, who is going to stop him? I don't think people understand that his hook shot is unblockable in the way Aldridge's jumper or Kareem's skyhook is. There is solid interior D potential too.

We'll see what happens but I had Edey and Ware as two players for Portland to use the #14 for or to trade for in the draft and they're both performing well so far

Please don't make people dig out the creaky Bo Outlaw/Qyntel Woods/Jerryd Bayless references

Also: they're going to have to "reorganize their scouting notes" on a lot of players then:

What happened to Walker Kessler? He went from "the best player in the Rudy Gobert trade" to playing in his THIRD Summer League? And being shopped? To think I used him as a favorable comparison for Clingan...
