A few days ago I was on the f%$# Neil Olshey Bandwagon, mainly because I was in the anger stage of grief, but know that I have reached acceptance that Aldridge may be gone, that Batum is, and that our roster will not resemble last years for the most part. I however believe that Olshey is one hell of a GM, and that he does indeed have a master plan. He can get players for nothing, trade crap players for talented ones. He is putting together the best team he can under the circumstances, one that will make the playoffs sans Aldridge's decision to stay or go. I've been through years of crappy Blazer seasons and woe...from the 99 collapse in the western finals to the Lakers, to the jail blazers, to Roy's Knees, to Picking Oden over Durant and so forth. I have witnessed era after era and GM after GM, but Olshey is by far the best...but don't take my word for it, just watch, when the dust clears, the NBA is gonna shit itself. And Olshey may be taking a beating right now, and you can call him names, and his personal moves shit, but he doesn't give a damn, and I suspect that if you were the GM you couldn't do anywhere close to as good as him.
