I PREFER WEARING GLASSES. GOT THE TRANSITION LENSES SO THEY GO FROM BUSINESS TO PARTY BASED ON THE SUN.

COPPED MY LATEST PAIR AT THE COSTCO TOO

Hate those things. Don’t stay dark inside the car so you have to have sunglasses anyway.

Yeah, but overall I like them better since I don't have to carry sunglasses around as well as my glasses.

I have 4 pair of eyeglasses that I use. only 1 pair doesn't have the transition lens.

I get all that shit for free from the VA. They take very good care of my remaining eyesight after they accidentally blinded me in one eye.

My life is an ego trip. You may stroke me now.
I honed my skill by watching Trump.
Isn't everybody's life an ego trip?

Not mine. I live my life in hiding. I crawled under a rock at age 13 and never came out. Enough of this psychedelic imagery.

THEY PROB DONT HAVE MY OLIVER PEOPLES NDG-1s AT THE VA THO

My distance has been a little off for about 5 years now. I can drive just fine during the day. Night I need glasses.

My reading just recently got a little week. I think my prescription is a +1. I can read without them. Where the problem was driving with my distance glasses on, it made the nav or my phone hard to read with the distance glasses on. So.... I guess a progressive will fix it.

Also I got all the bells and whistles, blue blockers, transition, true coat, all the stuff.

Seeing as it's special circumstances and all, my boss says I can knock a hundred dollars off that Trucoat.

EDIT - just noticed this topic is from last summer. Why did it pop up on my screen? Need to navigate better, but really, with the weather, I will knock of the $100. Offer still stands!

great to know such simple solutions can fix the shitty drivers of Oregon.

That looks like it puts you about 6 thousand years behind me when I got my first pair of progressives. Atlantis was very advanced back then except they didn't know a damn thing about underwater earthquakes. Lucky for me I was visiting the Pharaoh when the shit hit the fan.

The best thing I ever did for my vision was to convince my eye doctor that I needed cataract surgery (not that he needed much convincing. The glare at night was killing me). The lead up to the surgery was kind of a hassle (weeks of eye drop “therapy”) but at age 66 now have 20/15 vision. It is a genuine gift from God (and science). My only eyeglass expense these days is a shit ton of cheap cheaters tucked anywhere I might need them for reading…..I highly recommend the surgery if you can get your insurance to pay for it.

Don't think I'd be welcomed (not that I'd want to spend an eternity with a bunch of uptight do-gooders, anyways).
lol...same here
you do know though men will get to heaven first?
My neighbor told me somewhere in the goodbook way in the back it states "there will be a hour of peace and quiet"

Nerds and old geezers. The hell am I doing on this site? Still got 20/20 vision, although last time I had an eye exam was a decade ago.
What's wrong with old geezers that a little Viagra won't cure? Oh, forget the teeth I keep in a glass of cleaning solution next to my bed at night.

That's why I buy all those sleeping pills and dream of the hereafter. Ah, peace and quiet.

Not having that eye exam can get you in trouble. Remember the old saying "go ugly early"? A few beers and all the ugly ones start to look pretty good. Egads, the memories make me shudder.
