On the ground in Vegas

Northern Michigan (traverse city and north) is some of the most beautiful country around. Stunning views. I was hoping to move there someday but it's also very expensive there now lol.

Tell me about it. The east coast is cheaper than the West Coast (which is the Republican stronghold of the state) and the thumb is actually even less populated than the UP. But prices are ridiculous, largely because of a history of well-paid union workers all buying holiday homes "up North".
