glad they squeaked that one out. No real worries other then Caldwell who is vital to the cause... will be watching for news on him. Glad they've a couple weeks before Washington to get closer to rested/healed up as they seemed taxed & needing the break they're getting. There are some key guys who could be back in the mix for that one too (Tez, Burch, Harper). Again, phew...

They did move up to 12th place (tied) after all.

We've gotten lucky with QB transfers since Herbert left...we're not really developing any QBs really well it seems like--if we can keep surviving on transfers great but at some point it's going to come back to bite us.

I mean if that’s the best slight you can find congrats.

be still my heart

it wouldn't be a Lanning November without a wut-was-that? 4th down play call

Duck offense looked like boiled owl shit. Defense looked golden. I'm still not over that holding call on Harmon. And yeah, what Geoff Schwartz said!

hopefully Ducks will get Burch, Harper, and Caldwell healthy during the bye (did look like a dislocated shoulder for Caldwell though). They'll be needed; the huskies aren't a pushover. But it will be massive payback motivation for Oregon and a chance to finish 12-0

Did Caldwell get hurt on the final play?

Slight? I'm an Oregon fan I'm just saying we've gotten lucky with QB transfers lol. We need to be developing QBs because at some point we're going to get another Vernon Adams who was okay....but yeah.

Gritty win!

Saw alot of ducks walk off the field hurt or injured. Hope it doesn't thin them out with anything serious. An extra week to rest should help but it did concern me so many guts leaving the game hurt.

Hopefully with a week off, they can heal up for the Huskies and then the Playoffs. Can Burch finally get healthy? Will Tez be able to come back?

....and why does DG keep throwing Red Zone picks? UGH!!!!

Everything Oregon had to say tonight about... jumping around during "Jump Around":

Lanning: "Kind of like Pavlov's Dog, when you hear that song it means it's time to go."

Boettcher: "We played that every single practice. We knew going into the 4th quarter that was going to be a mindset... That song brought us all together and realized that no matter what the score is, we have each other's backs."

Gabriel: "We just choose to enjoy it."

James: "It was kind of a reset button... I'm sure it kind of threw them off that we were on the other side jumping around to their song."

Did Caldwell get hurt on the final play?

yes

looked like he landed badly on his right-arm/shoulder. He immediately grabbed his shoulder while laying on the ground. And he trotted to the sideline with his right arm hanging kind of motionless. Didn't look good considering a shoulder dislocation might sideline him for weeks

Last night's the ball was tipped, I really wouldn't put that on him.

But in the Red Zone, with both teams packed into smaller real estate, shorter quarterbacks have a more difficult time seeing open receivers.
True but the throw was way behind Lowe. It was a really bad throw.
