this would be a perfect draw for Oregon, but they have to be the Huskies to get it...and that won't be easy
They beat UW by 15.

Yeah it would. I’d also really like a chance to see them play Indiana again.View attachment 77783

I hope you're rightThey beat UW by 15.
whats the over under on sacking Williams? This is their Super Bowl & I can't wait for the party! Against passing plays, Oregon's DLine has been excellent all year at bracketing QBs with their pressure & then collapsing the pocket. I don't predict they'll have another day like last year's 10 sacks but their rushing approach is the perfect way to keep a running QB like Demond bottled up. If Oregon heals up well this week especially on the OL, they should be able to run on them. If their excellent run game can move the ball, I really like the Ducks chances. Both sides should be completely motivated, Oregon has the better lines and overall talent. They beat UW by 15.
I hope you're right
My worry is the husky QB. He's very elusive and the Ducks play a lot of zone, and that's vulnerable to a quick QB running toward open spots of the zone.
I'd be all for him lining up at the Wildcat behind a jumbo package on the 1 again... dude did play some QB in HS. I love the thought of everyone knowing whats coming and the demoralizing realization there isn't a thing they can do to stop itBoettcher should be playing QB spy all game.
I'm positive they realize itI hope the Ducks realize they're in a real fight for their season today.
too many FG's, not enough TD's for the Ducks
wasn't suggesting they should have gambled on 4th down...just that they had several drives that didn't completeCould you imagine if they hadn’t kicked those FG’s? I’m impressed with Lanning knowing it’s a rivalry game and taking the points while they’re there for the taking is the right thing to do.

Washington entered the game with the 16th best rush defense in the country, and they sold out on D to stop the Ducks run game; and the Ducks kept running enough to keep the Huskies in their base defense; and that opened up their passing game. Oregon averaged 10 yard a pass attempt and over 14 yards per completion. That's excellent.Washington dominated the running game on O and D. Not a good sign.
That was their 2 home loss in 4 years...And to hold them to two TD's. Impressive win.Yeah Washington is no slouch, rivalry game. I expected a close game. Overall I think that should be chalked up as a quality win.
