I think they can.
 
The AP has them just outside of the top 25. I doubt they'll make the top 25 in any poll this week.
 
What a game. Glad to see the Beavs take it. F the Dubs. Weird to see the score and victory considering the QB stats, but that was a fun game.
 
Interesting to me that in consecutive weeks they've gone from up 7 to down 7 in about a 1 minute span, and then buckled down from that point to take control of the game. It's like they have to be faced with adversity and possible defeat before they'll come out and play their best.

It's a little early. I don't think we can say yet just how bad the Ducks are or just how good the Beavers are. Give it another game first.

Long ways to go in conference play for sure. I was referring more to the Pac 12 battling in put for who goes to the Rose Bowl and not contending for a college playoff spot.
Pac12 will eat their own.
 
It would be just my luck if the Beavs make the Rose Bowl this year as I wouldn’t be able to go due to work.

isn't the Rose Bowl one of the sites for a playoff game this year?
 
Last year 1/1/2021 Rose Bowl was between Alabama and Norte Dame; so the next 2 years are Pac12 vs Big10.

maybe I'm wrong about that and the Rose Bowl isn't part of the playoffs this year

it was in 2015 though when the Ducks clobbered Florida State. That year the 2nd place teams in both the Pac-12 and Big-10 met in another bowl game since both conference winners were in the playoffs
 
That Husky player made it too too obvious they wanted the Beavers to hurry up and score. Which was a stupid strategy in the first place. But if the guy hadn't tipped us off by being so blatant about it (he could have feigned trying to tackle the runner), who knows? What a bonehead. I'm starting to think out-foxing Jonathan Smith is not so easy.

Yes, every 3rd year the rose bowl is a semifinal game.
