I believe it. That looked bad, and speaking from someone who just busted my knee up, the way that he tweaked it looked more serious than he let on.
 
Damn. This gives the Lakers a shot at the playoffs now. They actually play really good without him.
 
Lakers are really going to regret giving him that contract (I know that could be stating the obvious at this point).
 
Not that I wish injury, but the all star game may have a new dynamic now

A team that wanted to blow up and start over could clear almost their entire roster by trading for Kobe.
 
Kobe will take a trip to southeast Asia so Mr. Miagi can do that hand trick on his knee. He'll be back in a couple weeks.
 
You know I hate to be happy for this, but after my recent facebook "discussion" with my brother n law who is a fuck wad Laker fan, in the worst way, I can't help but privately goat. He was going on and on how he has the right to be arrogant because of the Laker greatness and its just a matter of time before the Blazers suck it up with an injury or implode and that I'm bitter and uninformed for saying Kobe is an over paid ball hog.

I don't like that he is injured, but I am thrilled that the Lakers just gave Kobknees a 48mil contract. that's funny, not the injury.
 
then again the AS game is in 7 weeks so Kobe has time to come back and start after playing in 6 games

Well the game is 8 weeks away so he probably comes back and starts in it. That’ll be so stupid to have one or two of Lillard, Steph Curry, Tony Parker, Westbrook get left out of the game for old man Kobe.
 
Lakers should've amnestied Kobe when they had the chance.
