Most disappointing thing on this road trip, is the defense it's like a lay up line out there. Then you combine it with bad, sloppy offense and you're gonna struggle...

The kid has skill and can jump.

The thing about the dunking is he doesn't have to get settled or think about it. The second he gets the ball within 10 feet of the rim he takes off.

The Cavaliers won the title a couple of years ago and now they are back to being the worst team in the NBA. At least the league has made it harder for them to benefit off of sucking.

My great great grandfather John Morris Lockridge was a runway slave. He ran away from his tobacco farming slave owners....

Phillip Morris (funded and founded Duke University)

I have deep seated hatred for Duke that goes way farther than sports. Besides that, it's a pretty racist school...

I actually like Gonzaga.... But since you started acting that way in this thread I've decided to root for fucking Duke... Over a team I actually like.

And I'm really only rooting for them because you insulted my BBIQ...

Zion is gonna run though Gonzaga like California water...

Shame you won't admit the bias you have for the Zags.

I like the Barkley comparisons the best, but he also reminds me of Shawn Kemp with a better handle.

You're sitting here arguing with me over a player I've watched for 3 years bevause you've watched him in a few games, that call me a Gonzaga "fanboy", when you know I so a good job avoiding bias based on what I say on here. Also, when did I insult your basketball IQ?

As a bipartisan observer, it kind of seemed like the tone of the posts came across more condescending and aggressive than maybe you meant them to be (it can be really hard to convey emotions via text), and I think @dviss1 probably read into them that you were questioning if he was qualified to speak on the subject. Then it did kind of spiral for a bit. I kind of think you both know that the other guy is a good basketball mind and you respect each other. Anyways you two are adults and don't need my help.

For the record I think you maybe over value Gonzaga guys more than I do, but that doesn't necessarily mean you're wrong or I'm right, you do like Gonzaga, nothing wrong with that. -I'm not saying your a "fanboy" and over value them just because they're zags.

Well thats kinda petty, since this started by you shit-talking Gonzaga as they wouldn't have a chance, arguing with me on a player I've watched 10 times as much of (which meets your definition of ignorant as you've outlined recently), and then said they'll never play each other (ignorant), and started drooling over Duke over their top-end talent, as if college basketball is like the NBA in terms of not being much of a team game (which, as I said, is the argument that the cliche, casual fan would make, yet you took that personal...), all of this was in response to me saying Duke hasn't played anyone legitimate yet.

If you say shit like this, I'm gonna call it out, especially if you're shit-talking my team and trying to argue with me about them.

Now youre gonna root for Duke over that? Lmao.

He was a good athlete, but Kemp was an incredible athlete. I think Barkley was a more skilled basketball player. Also to be fair, we should probably make Zion suit up in the NBA before I start saying he's like a HOFer... lol :)

Not at all, he's just ignorant in this case. That's why I said his argument sounds ignorant and another one of them was the argument of a cliche fan. I never said he is a cliche fan or is ignorant when it comes to college basketball, and used specific wordage to make the distinction clear. He read too much into it, said I was making it personal when I was simply addressing his arguments.

Also the "fanboy" thing is contradictory coming from him, as he's said I don't give certain Blazer players enough credit in the past. I don't fanboy, y'all know that.
