Well It seems like like Barrett is getting some major ink as well. Which is fine. It'll force the announcers to find new shit to talk about besides the same ole, same ole. I can live with that as long as it isn't the three or four bits of info about the same guy, repeated again and again and again....

Impressive....He is a reason Duke will kick ass all season long. If he improves by the national tournament and showcases his seasonal experience that would be even better.

Just wait till he faces a real team. Hopefully we get a Gonzaga vs. Duke matchup in a couple weeks. That would be an amazing matchup.
 
Funny how a few years ago people were crucifying John Calipari for his One And Done recruiting philosophy every cycle. It now looks like Coach K has beat him at his own game. And he's even got that ESPN Original Series "Earn Everything" to sell the world as if he's still promoting education and hard work over sheer raw blue chip NBA talent. :rolleyes3:

Genuine hatred.

They're weak, and they're also not number two anymore. This is one of those down years. They also had no scouting tape to go off of.

He's ok. He can't defend.... Let alone Zion... GTFO...

Zion is gonna BEAST him if they play.... That's who he's gonna have to guard if they don't hide him.
 
And JUST like Duke, Gonzaga hasn't played anybody and due to being in that sorry conference, when will we see them play anyone?

You sound ignorant. Rui is a pre-season All-American. Zion hasn't had to go up against experience yet, and he hasn't had to go up against a legit pro level player. (Or someone close to Rui's size and athleticism). Rui doesn't suck on defense either, that's a stretch and a half.

I've only watched him play a few times but he'll be a top fifteen pick for sure.
