So, things seem to have been pretty quiet on the ownership front. Do we get the impression that Jody Allen/Vulcan have no intention of selling, or that they're just looking for the right buyer? Draft time is the time that ownership seems to matter most - will Vulcan be so willing to cough up millions to buy picks, as Paul Allen was? Almost certainly not. But on the other hand, it doesn't seem that we've gone into cost-slashing mode. It just seems that all these questions have been out there since Allen's death and they've just sort of faded without being resolved.

Jody Allen is in the unique position of having so much money she has zero financial stress concerning the Blazers...I believe the reason she won't sell the team is to honor Paul's legacy...other ownership groups in the NBA may struggle but the Blazers don't seem to have money issues..I think the reason we hear nothing about it is there's nothing to hear

So they are saying now the league doesn't expect to have any fans in arenas next season. As @riverman says, Jody is in a position to handle that easily, so no need to sell for money reasons. In fact, why sell? The team is only an asset that is appreciating in value.

I heard a rumor that if Jody sells the Blazers and/or Seahawks the money goes to the Paul Allen Foundation.

No idea if that is true but it's what I heard.

Like many of us, including the Late Paul Allen, maybe Jody just caught the Blazermania Bug.
A debilitating and terminal condition. Symptoms include periodic euphoria followed by much longer spells of depression.

Why would you hear anything about selling right now? With the uncertain times it would be a really bad business decision to sell unless you were super desperate for money.
