He said they're going to get over 50 million from direct media rights?

Please. It will be Nate the Great. If the Pac-12 stays together and takes the Apple deal, I predict Ted Lasso will be the next football coach at Stanford.
legislator Paul Evans going ballistic about the move:

and if you guessed he's an OSU alum....you guessed right
the more these Beaver alums, especially in the legislature, puke out sour grapes, bile, and venom at the UofO, the less I care about OSU's predicament. I'm pretty much officially at not giving a shit, and I wasn't there a few hours ago
like wtf....... they're so bitter that they're going to aim all of their anger at Oregon?
Because Beaver fans know that access to playing the Ducks , and other big name teams is key to their future hopes. They didn't add to their stadium to play against the Little Sisters of the Poor (Mountain West Conf.) This kills a ton of their steam going forward. I hoped Oregon could be an island of strength to save the conference. But in the end, dollars win out over tradition. Why the hell are they acting like Oregon was the one who did this?
USC and UCLA started this. And then Colorado.... and then Arizona...... like wtf....... they're so bitter that they're going to aim all of their anger at Oregon?
Stanford and Cal will join. There will be a de facto "Pac 6" portion of the Big 10.Good riddance UW and U of O.
I have zero interest watching them play Illinois.
Hope they enjoy the money.

Sure in the spot they usually save for PSU. At the beginning of the season. Thanksgiving gonna be saved for Ohio State, Michigan, or Penn State. They didn't fully commit to it, but they said they still want to play OSU.

IT'S STILL THE DOLLARS.It's not just dollars though. Oregon wants to continue to be a top school for recruiting and to chase championships. Sticking with the PAC 8 or whatever was not going to help with that.
Have you not seen all the Ducks fans dancing on the Beavers grave on Twitter?yes...there is no logic to it but the reservoir of hate is so deep it drown logic
IT'S STILL THE DOLLARS.

The Big 12 Pac. Just said by Alex Brink on 620. If the Beavs can join the Big 12. That would be best case now. Joining the Mountain West is a death sentence for Football Program.
I'm sure it's true, or at least it's true she wants to try and monkey-wrench the deal. But then, she's an OSU alum serving and area invested in OSU. Bitter beaver tears, but it will do no good:

Canzano accusing UofO/UofW of anti-trust violations.....geeeeeezuzzz
