When Paul Allen isn't losing Super Bowls (anti-Hawk fan here), and attending his beloved Blazers, he's finding World War 2 battleships. I guess when you have money to throw around, you can do stuff like this.

The goal of most owners is to accumulate money, just for its own sake. Paul Allen's goal is to give away his money for our benefit. When guys like Canzano or PapaG would say he was incompetent for losing wealth, I'd answer, that's what a philanthropist does. Thank you, Paul Allen!
