College coaches are a big risk. Tom Izzo is the only college coach that I think could be a good NBA guy.

I would never touch a guy that cut his teeth predominantly coaching in college. I think the track record for that is terrible. As someone who's done some coaching myself and have had a chance to listen to instruction by both pro and college coaches, I think the guys at the NBA level are so much better. I know that goes against the popular message, but if you watch videos of clinics by Hubie Brown or Coach K, Brown's stuff is so much better, IMO.

Exactly. If Stotts had actually played Meyers when we played Memphis we MIGHT have won a few of those games in the regular season. He spaces the floor with his 3 point shooting and they won't come out to defend it and when they do it will open things ups for other players on the court. Win/Win

I want to see A LOT of Meyers shooting in this series because if we do Blazers win this series.

Agree. If you take a look at how this organization values him and exactly where he sits at in their eyes which is a max player.. It's kind of scary. He hasn't been very good.

Maybe, I would prefer he get rest, though, if the back is whats bogging him down. What good is playing every game if you are going to shit the bed in the first playoff game and presumably in the others?
