Chris with what defense?
Outside of Dame, the rest of the team seemed perfectly fine with Denver evening up this series as the Nuggets destroy the Blazers. The Blazers Uprise Postgame Show will break down exactly why the game went this way:
We couldn’t make a comeback because there was a whistle on every play. The refs made crazy calls tonight but some of the went against the Nuggets too. The refs did not cost us the game. Not getting the most out of Nurk was a terrible mistake. The fact that we didn't come out with him facilitating the offense more is inexplicable. We had one great stretch where Dame went supernova and blinded all of us to the fact that we couldn't defend a fucking high school JV team tonight.
I've been saying that these guys are a problem for us. The fact that Will is practicing for them but just hasn't got the game ready green light is really scary. So we'll see how it goes from here. We better regroup and play a very different game going forward. Go Blazers!!!
I said after last game that we could go home with an even series in which our opponent has the momentum and that would be a bad thing... not as bad as being down 0-2 but we're not in an ideal place.
They were way out of control but that is nothing more than a weak ass excuse. We lost that game, that's all there is to it and besides that crazy run Dame went on, the game was a nightmare. The only thing more nighmarish than the entirety of the game is looking at just how efficient CJ was scoring the ball and we still couldn't come close to getting it done.We couldn’t make a comeback because there was a whistle on every play.
lolololWhelp.
Time for Terry to adjust.
I have my doubts. Please prove me wrong, Terrance.
Game three is big but it won't be definitive either way. I predicted Denver in 6. That's still where I'm at but even if Denver wins on Thursday, they haven't put the series on ice.Im leaning towards the mindset of whoever wins game 3 wins the series. If we win I'd like to think that hopefully means Stotts actually made some adjustments and had a good gameplan which can help us out in the other games plus denver being depleted helps. If Denver wins it means Stotts doesn't have a fucking clue how to coach a god damn basketball team.

Right, he was really sloppy but he shot it really well. I just think we did some things well and still got crushed and it's because of our defense. When you factor in his turnovers, he wasn't efficient at all. We had one player that had a good game, just one. Let's hope they all got it out of their collective system.
Anybody got links to the post game interviews? Would love to hear stotts and dames thoughts on the game

Stotts already talked but that's it I think so far.
