I'm convinced we could dump Batum, draft and start Rondae Hollis Jefferson, and as long as we have Wes not miss a beat.

Despite Nic sucking this season we would tremendously miss the easy scoring opportunities he creates for others. He lead us in assists in 3 of the 5 games.
If he doesn't take the summer off then I would certainly consider trading him this summer. But if he buys into taking the summer off I'd bring him back next season and give him until the Trade Deadline to win me back over.

Yes if you were GM you could tell LMA to move on but you would have already cut or traded his replacement so there is that.
