Seemed like the nuggets got away with all the touch falls and Portland didn’t. If you are gonna call these cheap falls just call it both ways or don’t call them at all.

There were some really bad calls for Denver down the stretch. Dame did get one on and and-one that was B.S. but every other bad call went to Denver and they were absolutely bad calls. Also, Jokic only had 1 foul and he uses his arms to impede players all game on defense. Blatant double standards.

I've been on the trade CJ train for almost 4 years now and will gladly stand by it win or lose tonight. Having a redundant backcourt tandem that doesn't play defense is not a recipe for success in the playoffs.

As an aside, do we really think RHJ is the best option on the roster for the spot in which he's playing? I mean, do we really think Little or Jones would be equally ineffective? I have to belive those slides at the beginning of the 2nd and 4th are what truly cost the game. There's no reason any lineup we put out on the floor in that timetable should be that bad.

What pisses me off is that we spent the whole season helping Melo, that we never developed the rest of the bench unit. It’s not like we were the #1 seed the whole time. Could have used more depth tonight, just look at Denver, they had a bunch of guys they could call on for help. That is the difference.
