It was obvious. In the end Kanter couldn't even try to rebound.

I agree, but CJ isn't in charge...Stotts is. That iso shit should have been moderated

The thing is will it make any difference? If you lose game four they could be in big trouble for the series? But if they win game four and rest him for game 5 then see if he is better for game 6? That might be a better option?honestly id rest kanter. jokic can't have much. think we can get away for one game
I look at that loss as Aminu and Harkless doing less than nothing, not that Dame scored too much.I mean were 2-0 when he isn't "great" and 0-1 when he is. So if his sub-par games means wins I'll (and Im sure he would) take it. But yeah hopefully he can play slightly better. Still, I don't think they were shitty games, just dub-par for his standards.
Im sorry, but that was really careless on Malones part to play Jokic that many minutes. Thats how you get a player injured.
Fact is in these playoffs when he hasn't been on the floor the Nuggets have looked sub-average. Malone saw a chance to get back home court, and if the Nuggets pulled this off, Sunday's game is house money for Denver.
So it made sense from that perspective. Like Dame playing the entire fourth quarter in the one win over OKC.
We found a way to pull it out. And now a star player with questionable stamina has to come back in less than two days after playing more than 60 minutes. Malone made a reasonable gamble but the Blazers were up to it and made him pay big time for it.
And Jokic commiting flagrant fouls on him left and right
Never doubt the NO...look, give me one year on the cheap and I'll get you a 4 year deal next offseason...I am in awe at how much respect and admiration I have developed for Kanter since we picked him up. Even beyond basketball but on the court when someone says "I gave all I had" or "I left it all on the court" he is one of the few I believe. Major props and I am already bummed we won't be able to keep him.

CJ:
40 shots. 41 points.
This was BAD CJ tonight.
Dude gets away with a TON of dirty stuff that has no place in basketball. He was basically targeting Kanter's shoulder from the beginning of the game. I lost all respect I previously had for the guy.Never really paid any attention to Fukic before this series but I legit hate that dirty fat fuck for purposely banging into Kanter's shoulder every chance he gets. I was nice to see his slow ass fucking ass choke it away at the end.
No kidding; never thought I'd love Kanter so much. We'd be nowhere without him this post-season. Totally expect that. HahaCan’t wait til next game so we can hear what a great team Denver is and how they almost won the first 4OTPLAYOFFGAME since 1953!![]()
