If we could win tonight.... I would feel really really good about what we've done in these playoffs. Nobody expects us to win the series. To do that would shock the world, but if we could just win both home games, I would feel completely satisfied with this postseason. I think winning both home games would shut up all the people who said we were handed the first round. Beating the Warriors two times in a row would be amazing.

To do that would shock the world, but if we could just win the rest of the games, I would feel completely satisfied with this postseason. I think winning all the games would shut up all the people who said we were handed the first round. Beating the Warriors and then 2 more teams would be amazing.
Haha if they think an injured Curry coming back too soon is going to make Dame nervous. And as Dame goes, so go the Blazers. I hope he does come back tonight and we go at him hard and relentlessly. I want to see that leg buckle.This....well the first part...GS is trying to use some mental warfare on us, get us nervous...curry will probably even come out in his gear, but not end up playing, vor if he does it will be off the bench in short minutes...I almost hope he does, it will mess up the Warriors

Sweep the leg!
The Refs wont let us get within five feet

I get the feeling the Warriors think they are unbeatable. They aren't.
I also get the feeling they think, first, they are going to win tonight, and second, even if they don't, once "Steph" gets back, they will just crush us in two straight.
Call me delusional, but these a-holes are ripe for an upset. And the Blazers are just the team to do it.
Tonight we tie it up 2-2.

His mama name him Wardell; I'm-a call him Wardell.(refuse to call him "Steph," 'cause it's lame)
The best part about these play offs is that the Blazers have adjusted well and improved with every game in both rounds. The guys know they have to play a pretty perfect game and execute in the final minutes and they've shown they can do that. I think these play offs have been priceless experience for these guys!
And I'm with you on the game plan for Steph if he does play... have Dame and CJ go right at him relentlessly in the first quarter and see what happens. It's not just his knee that's sore at this point. He's not going to have the same stamina either.

If we win tonight (and I'm 100% confident we will, don't know why), we'll win the series. In 6 games. Dame will get to WCF before Aldridge does.
How great would thunder in 7 blazers in 6 be? The matchup we wanted in first round we get in wcf and aldridge is off fishing for his pride. If we win tonight (and I'm 100% confident we will, don't know why), we'll win the series. In 6 games. Dame will get to WCF before Aldridge does.
Yeah ive had money in savings specifically to fly to portland for finals last 2 years and this year i wouldnt be able to go cause i cant use vacation at the new job yet.I told my parents when I was visiting for Mother's Day that this would be the year we win the championship, because I'll be in New Zealand for the finals and that would just make my life fucking complete to be totally unable to watch the games.
Was down at the Rose Qrtr a little bit ago. They had all that stuff set up outside. When do those events start?
Confirmed. Scott foster is about to fuck us and retire.Does anyone have a good, definitave word on Curry?
I just saw Vegas put the spread at Portland +6, which would be anywhere from a 14 point to 19 point variance from the 10,000 possible outcome scenarios that play out without Steph Curry playing. Which in turn tells me either Curry is playing, or Vegas is getting ready to lose their pants and I should see if someone actually is dumb enough to give me that spread so I can go print some money and retire early. That spread makes me a little nervous in a game that should never touch a number like that in statistical computations that Curry doesn't play in the Moda Center.
