<{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>You pal are a nut case. You no nothing about Sports or Video Games so stfu. Jelously is a powerful thing, and you are jelous.25 games? LMFAO! Sorry, but 360s lineup of games destorys PS3. Resistance? LMAO Was that pile of crap suppose to compete with Gears of War? And PS3 and Xbox 360 basically have contracts split with all the games coming out. And the games that they don't have contracts for are the ones that sell twice the copies PS3 games sell(Halo, Gears of War, Lost Planet, Mass Effect, Too Human, Bioshock etc) What is Sonys answer to those games? Ratchet and Clank? Who even buys that garbage. As for console sales, PS3 has sold about a Million. That's not even half of Wiis and is about 10% of 360s so sorry, you again are wrong......AGAIN Maybe next time, maybe next time.</div>The PS3 has sold 2.65 million consoles. Which with the 360 being out for 16 months, is right on the same pace as the 360...PS3 has been out for 4 months, was just released in Europe and Australia (for 100-300 more expensive) and you're already calling the console wars? PS2 wasn't even declared winner until 2 years after every console had been out.Did the 360 have a good lineup of games for the first 6 months when it came out? Not at all. Producers have had to work with the PS3 a whole 16 months behind the 360 and are only just figuring out how to use the PS3s power. The PS3 has Heavenly Sword (highly praised game at E3), Metal Gear SOlid 4, Final Fantasy XIII and Final Fantasy vs. XIII, Killzone 2, Tekken 6.Also, Playstation HOME is also coming out. Much like Second Life, a lot of virtual users plan to buy the PS3 to take advantage of HOME.Blu-Ray is killing HDDVD in the format wars. Once Blu-Ray completely destroys HDDVD (outsold 2:1), sales for the PS3 will pick up even more since is the best Blu-Ray player out there. And the Wii has to sell 3 to equal 1 PS3 being sold money wise. Revenues have been exactly the same for both companies. And the PS3 is starting to make a profit since productions costs have drastically decreased. When HDTVs finally hit a majority of homes, again, the PS3 will have an advantage since it has the best next-gen technology available. Only 25% of homes have an HDTV in the US. Only 15% in Europe.Just another thing I'll add, Stanford University is using the PS3 processing power for medical research. It's not just a gaming machine, universities can use it's superior technology in class and make it an educational tool. If this trend catches on, major colleges will be buying PS3s out their ass to make their mathematics and science departments "state-of-the-art."360 is coming out with a 120 GB 360 with Wi-Fi but no built-in HDDVD. Price tag will be right under the 20GB PS3 with built-in Blu-ray and Wifi.</div>Just thought I'd point this stuff out. The PS3's processor couldn't support Gears of War. (I'm not saying this, I know a guy who makes video games for a company and whatever).Where do your get your 2.65 PS3's being sold?
